Eligibility
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for free services, a client must meet the following requirements:
1. Have HIV or AIDS
2. Be a Louisiana resident
3. Have an HIV-related legal problem
4. Receive one of the following:
a. Supplemental Security Income
b. Social Security Disability
c. Aid to Families with Dependent Children, or
d. Or otherwise meet our financial eligibility requirements
