AIDSLaw accepts applications for
board membership on an ongoing basis. You do not have to be an
attorney or work in the legal field to be a board member. We are
looking for individuals who want to advance of mission.

Natacha M. Hutchinson,

Natacha Maria Hutchinson,
a solo practitioner in New Orleans, took her bachelor�s
degree from Carnegie Mellon University with dual majors in
industrial management and psychology. While an
undergraduate, she spent six months in Mexico at the
Instituto Technologico de Estudios Superiores in Monterrey,
studying international business macroeconomics and cost
accounting, experience she put to good use first as a
psychiatric technician at DePaul�s Hospital, and then as a
coordinator for clinical trials for an oral insulin
medication through Children�s Hospital. Natacha started
Tulane Law School in 1999, and worked as a law clerk at
several New Orleans firms, and as a judicial extern for
Judge Love on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. After
graduation in 2002, she worked for Hemelt & Foshee for a
year specializing in medical malpractice, then started her
own practice while also working as a law clerk for Judge
Love. She holds a certificate in international commercial
arbitration and in domestic arbitration.
The 2004 president of the New Orleans Martinet Legal
Foundation, Natacha also keeps busy as vice president of the
New Orleans Community Enhancement Center, and as a Raintree
Foundation intern for Boardworks. She volunteered to provide
income tax assistance in 2001 and 2002, and has been a
reading tutor for children since 1999. |

Judy A. Pace
received her B.A. in history from Tulane University in New
Orleans and her J.D. from Loyola University in New Orleans.
She is licensed to practice law in both the State of
Mississippi and the State of Louisiana. Ms. Pace is a solo
practitioner and represents individuals, corporations, and
criminal defendants. She is also an adjunct faculty member at
Herzing College. She is a frequent guest speaker at Loyola
University School of Law in New Orleans on topics related to
issues faced by solo practitioners and professional
development.
Ms. Pace is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association
Access to Justice Committee, the Mississippi Bar Association,
and the Louisiana Bar Association. She was also a member of
the 2004 class of the Committee for a Better New Orleans
Metropolitan Leadership Council.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pace has generously volunteered her
time to numerous non-profit and civic organizations in both
Mississippi and Louisiana, including, South Mississippi Center
for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Lighthouse Business and
Professional Women's Organization, and Eulice N. White United
Civic Organization. |
James P. Kovata, Treasurer [Return to top]

James Peter Kovata is a
member of the New Orleans law firm of Sullivan, Stolier &
Resor, APLC. A summa cum laude graduate of Loyola University
and a cum laude graduate of Loyola University School of Law,
Jimmy was a published member of the Loyola Law Review as
well as a member of Loyola's Moot Court. As an attorney,
Jimmy's legal practice focuses almost exclusively in the
field of healthcare law. As a health lawyer, Jimmy
represents hospitals, nursing home, other institutional
providers, and physicians in compliance related matters,
managed care matters, and regulatory matters. A published
author of a number of health law-related articles, Jimmy is
also a speaker on health law-related matters. |
J. Dalton Courson [Return to top]

Dalton Courson
has worked as an associate at Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann
L.L.C. since 2003, where his practice focuses on litigation.
He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law,
where he was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia
Journal of Social Policy and the Law. Before attending law
school, Dalton served as a corps member for Teach for America,
and worked for two years in Houston as a special education
teacher in a middle school. He received his undergraduate
degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1998, with
a major in psychology. He was admitted to the bar of Louisiana
in 2003. |
Lesli Harris [Return to top]

Lesli Harris
joined Stone Pigman in 2002 and is an associate of the firm.
Lesli received her law degree, cum laude, from the Tulane
University School of law in 2002, where she was a Senior
Justice of the Tulane Moot Court Board, 2001-2002, served on
the executive board of the Black Law Students Association and
the Student Bar Association. She received her undergraduate
degree from the University of Virginia in 1997. Lesli was
admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2002. Lesli currently serves
on the board of directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the
New Orleans Bar Association and the New Orleans Martinet
Foundation. She has participated in numerous pro bono projects
and is actively involved in community affairs. |
Tim Hornback [Return to top]

Tim Hornback is the
Executive Director for the Forum For Equality, a New Orleans
based civil rights and political advocacy group. Previously,
Tim was the Financial Director for the Hermann - Grima and
Gallier Historic Houses in the French Quarter. Tim's area of
interest is in non -profit finance and management and has
earned an MBA from Loyola University, New Orleans. "I have
always enjoyed working with the non-profit sector in
securing and developing financial resources and look forward
to working with AIDSLAW" said Tim recently. Also, Tim shares
his spare time with the Louisiana Coalition For Human Rights
and has volunteered for Project Lazarus and the New Orleans
Historic Collection. |

Richard G. Perque [Return to top]

Richard G.
Perque received his degree in business administration from
Loyola University New Orleans in 2000 and his Juris Doctorate
from Loyola University New Orleans in 2006. While obtaining
his undergraduate degree he completed certificate requirements
from the University of Paris IV, Cours de civilization
francaise de la Sorbonne. At present, Richard is preparing for
the July 2006 Louisiana Bar Examination. Following his
completion of the exam, he plans to practice law in his
family�s law firm, The Law Offices of Risley C. Triche, in
Napoleonville, LA. |
Carroll Rodrigue [Return to top]

Carroll Rodrigue received his
undergraduate degree in finance from LSU in Baton Rouge and
his M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans. He has worked
in the hospitality industry for the past 12 years, and
currently serves as Director of Human Resources for The
Astor Crowne Plaza and The Alexa hotels in New Orleans. He
has been awarded advanced professional certifications in
human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM) and the Educational Institute of the American Hotel
and Motel Association. A volunteer for AIDSLaw for many
years, this native of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, has lived
in New Orleans since 1987. |
J. Keith Greenlee [Return to top]

J. Keith Greenlee is a
resident of Lake Charles, LA and has an associate degree in
Travel and Tourism from Delta School of Business and
Technology in Lake Charles. Keith worked in restaurant
management for 10 years. Then he moved to New Orleans where
he worked as a Director of Sales for L'Express Airline and
Holiday Inn Corporate Hotels. In 1994 he moved back to Lake
Charles to be the Director of Sales/Marketing for the SWLA
Convention and Visitor Bureau. In 1998 he received a full
diagnosis of AIDS and became an advocate for the cause. He
has served as Consumer Advisory chair for four years for the
Lake Charles region and as chair of the Louisiana State Wide
Consumer Advisory for two years. Keith is a consultant for
Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). As a
consultant Keith reviews grant applications under the Ryan
White CARE Act for organizations that want to provide
services to people with HIV and AIDS. He also reviews
HIV-related grant applications for the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention and the Office of Minority Health.
